If you are unable to contact the recipient or they are unwilling to return the funds, please reach out to your Personal Relationship Manager. They have the capability to contact the beneficiary’s bank and initiate a recall request for the funds.
It’s important to note that the success of this recall request depends on when the funds were sent and the payment network used.
