To initiate a payment from your Transfer Vault account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Client Portal through Transfer Vault.
Click on ‘Transfer Money’ located at the top of the page. Select the account from which you wish to send funds using the dropdown menu.
Once all details are entered, click ‘Transfer Money’ to proceed.
Review the payment details on the confirmation page. To authorize the payment, you will need to use your DUO Mobile app.
Once approved, your payment is confirmed.
You can review your complete payment history under the ‘History’ tab in your Client Portal.
