Account Registration and Activation Process
1. Sign-up
Fill up the account registration form with the required details.
2. Expect a Call Back
Our Customer Advocate will call you for further details.
3. KYC / KYB Documents Submission and Evaluation
Required documents for on-boarding will be requested by our Customer Advocate and then once we have all the requested documents our compliance team will evaluate them.
4. Compliance Approval
If any further documents are required we will requested it from you otherwise your account will be issued.
5. Account Activation payment
To activate the account, we require a minimum 1 EUR or USD. to be deposited into the Transfer Vault account. The 1 EUR or USD has to be deposited from the business account indicated in the registration form.
6. Account Manager Introduction
Your dedicated Account Manager will get in touch with you to schedule a demo and guide you on operating your account within the Transfer Vault Ecosystem.
